Booking Requirements & Hospitality Needs

Travel & Lodging

Two (2) round-trip airline tickets are required. Non-stop flights on Southwest Airlines with Early Bird Check-In are preferred. Please confirm travel times with us prior to booking.

If within driving distance of Washington, DC, mileage reimbursement is requested at the current IRS standard mileage rate.

One (1) hotel room should be provided at a 4-star or higher establishment.

Please provide either a rental car, transportation service, or compensation for travel to and from the venue, airport, and hotel.

Meals & Refreshments

Meals can be provided or a $80 per day meal per diem is requested.

Bottled water should be available during all speaking engagements and events.

Product Sales

Please provide a designated space for product sales. This should include one (1) table with a tablecloth, two (2) chairs, and access to the space before and after the event.

Honorarium

For a Feature or Keynote Speaker engagement, love offerings are accepted with a minimum honorarium of $500.

For other roles such as Speaker, Event Host, Author Appearance, Panelist, or Breakout Session Facilitator love offerings are appreciated.

If special offerings are collected on behalf of Minister Chris Rhinehart, please collect all individual checks made out to your organization or ministry. Then issue one (1) check payable to Chris Rhinehart.

If any personal checks are made out directly to Chris Rhinehart, she may endorse them over to your ministry so they can be included in the total honorarium amount.
