My dear Sister, I know you are hurting. I have been diligently praying for you and your arrival to this place to begin your journey to wholeness. And let me tell you, it will be a journey. I understand how weary you feel. I have been praying that you would reach a place of total surrender to God. Surrender all your hurt, pain, emptiness, voids, unforgiveness, excuses, and everything that has kept you from walking in the wholeness that God has made available to you. Only God can fill and mend those broken places.
I know what it’s like to breathe in and feel pain, and to breathe out and feel even more. There was a time when I thought the only way to stop that kind of pain was to stop breathing altogether. But God. His Word rose from my belly and spoke to me, “I have not forsaken you. I have not left you. I love you even in this.” God restored me from the tragedy and trauma of divorce to wholeness through His Word, obedience, cooperation, and faith.
The Journey to Wholeness
The journey was not easy. It was excruciating at times. Yet, I decided to believe God’s Word. I held onto His promise that I may be filled throughout my being to all the fullness of God. I longed for the richest experience of His presence in my life, completely filled and flooded with God Himself. I cooperated with God through a series of processes. Now, I walk in the fullness of God’s healing, deliverance, freedom, and restoration power. I am whole.
Wholeness is not defined by the world’s standards. It is defined by the Word of God and who He created you to be. God wants you to be full of Him first, satisfied with Him first, whole in Him first, and in love with Him first. Wholeness is becoming a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself.
What I Had to Unlearn
Wholeness is not a one-time event. It is a continuous process.
Pain is not punishment. God often uses pain as a pathway to reveal and to heal.
God does not want perfection. He desires cooperation, honesty, and surrender.
What Restoration Taught Me
Healing is the renewal from the damaging effects of sin.
Deliverance is a rescue from bondage and danger.
Freedom is the choice to walk in what God has already made available.
Wholeness is being filled and flooded with God Himself.
Restoration means being put back together better than before. The Word will work if you work it.
Restoration Reminders
You may be broken, but you are not beyond repair.
God is reclaiming His possession, you.
Wholeness happens when you stop hiding what hurts.
Restoration in Scripture arrives in abundance. You come out better than before.
Mirror Moments: Pause and Reflect
Are you fully surrendering every broken area to God, or are you still holding on to control?
What does wholeness look like for you in this season?
Where has God already begun the work of restoration in your life?
Heart Check: Be Honest with Yourself
Are you weary from trying to heal yourself instead of trusting God’s process?
Have you been hiding your hurt instead of allowing God to mend it?
Are you willing to let go of the excuses that keep you from becoming whole?
Let That Go: Release the Weight
Write down what you have been carrying silently—disappointments, fears, and unanswered prayers. Give yourself permission to let it go. Speak this out loud: "I release what I cannot control. I receive what God is restoring.”
Journal Prompt
Ask the Holy Spirit: "God, what areas of my heart have I been protecting that You are trying to heal?" Let your response be honest and unfiltered. Healing begins when you stop hiding.
Scripture to Meditate On
“And that you may come to know, practically through personal experience, the love of Christ which far surpasses mere knowledge, that you may be filled up throughout your being to all the fullness of God, so that you may have the richest experience of God’s presence in your lives, completely filled and flooded with God Himself.” — Ephesians 3:19 AMP
When the Word works, Restoration Speaks.
Embracing the Process of Restoration
Restoration is a journey, not a destination. It requires patience and faith. Each step you take is a step toward healing. Embrace the process. Allow yourself to feel. Let the tears flow. They are a release, a cleansing of your spirit.
The Power of Community
You don’t have to walk this path alone. Surround yourself with those who uplift you. Share your struggles and victories. Community is a powerful tool for healing. We are meant to bear one another’s burdens.
Finding Joy in the Journey
Even in the midst of pain, there can be joy. Seek out moments of gratitude. Celebrate small victories. Each day is a new opportunity to experience God’s love and grace.
Conclusion: You Are Not Alone
Remember, dear Sister, you are not alone in this journey. God is with you every step of the way. He sees your pain and hears your cries. Trust in His timing and His plan for your life. You are on the path to wholeness, and it is beautiful.
Let this journey transform you. Let it lead you to a deeper relationship with God. You are worthy of healing, love, and restoration. Embrace it fully.

Amen! Lord God, thank You for this word this morning! This is proof that You truly know what I need, when I need it! I love You Father God! In Jesus Christ name I pray, Amen! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
